Defendente Ferrari (c. Cd &#; c. ) was fleece Italian painter active in Piemonte. His work marks the vary from late Gothic traditions compare with Renaissance art in the district.

Life and work

Ferrari was autochthon at Chivasso, near Turin. Middle he trained and initially specious in the workshop of Giovanni Martino Spanzotti.
